These Terms of Service govern your use of the Bearly Runners online store and any purchase you make from us. By using the store or placing an order, you agree to these terms and our posted policies.

Products and preorder information

We aim to describe and display products accurately. Product images for the MIAMI HAS TRAILS Trail Tee are digital mockups, so final garment color and print placement may vary slightly. Sizing information is provided to help you choose a fit.

The MIAMI HAS TRAILS Trail Tee is a prepaid preorder offered September 1–14, 2026 for $55. The estimated pickup window is October 12–26, 2026. Estimates may change; if a material delay occurs, we will contact affected customers and offer the options described in our refund policy.

Orders, prices, and payment

Prices are shown in U.S. dollars. Applicable taxes are calculated at checkout when required. Payment is due when the order is placed. We may cancel or refuse an order because of suspected fraud, payment issues, pricing errors, product unavailability, or another legitimate operational reason. If we cancel a paid order, we will issue a refund.

Local pickup

Preorder orders are fulfilled by free local pickup only. Shipping is not available for preorder purchases. Please wait for the ready-for-pickup email before arriving and follow the pickup instructions in that message. Our Fulfillment and Pickup Policy forms part of these terms.

Cancellations, returns, and refunds

Cancellations, order changes, returns, exchanges, defects, and delays are handled under our Return and Refund Policy.

Acceptable use

You may use this store only for lawful purposes. You may not interfere with the store, attempt unauthorized access, misuse customer or store information, submit fraudulent orders, or use the store in a way that violates applicable law or another person’s rights.

Third-party services

Our store is powered by Shopify and may use other third-party services. Purchases are made directly from Bearly Runners. Third-party services may have their own terms and privacy practices.

Privacy

Personal information is handled under our Privacy Policy.

Disclaimers and liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the store and its content are provided as available without warranties beyond those that cannot legally be excluded. Bearly Runners is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use of the store or a product. Nothing in these terms limits rights or remedies that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Governing law and changes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida and applicable federal law. We may update these terms by posting a revised version on this page. Material changes apply prospectively as required by law.
