MIAMI HAS TRAILS Preorder

This policy applies to the $55 MIAMI HAS TRAILS Trail Tee preorder offered September 1–14, 2026.

Cancellations and order changes

You may cancel your preorder for a full refund, or request a fit or size change, through September 14, 2026. After the preorder closes, we will accommodate cancellation or size-change requests when possible, but changes cannot be guaranteed once production is underway.

Returns after pickup

You may request a return within 14 calendar days after picking up your order. The tee must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and returned with any original tags. There is no restocking fee.

Contact us before returning an item so we can arrange a local return. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Exchanges depend on available extra stock; if the requested replacement is unavailable, an eligible item may be returned for a refund.

Incorrect, damaged, or defective items

If you receive the wrong item or find a defect or damage, contact us promptly with your order number and, when helpful, a photo. We will arrange a replacement when available or issue a full refund.

Production delays

Orders are expected to be ready for pickup approximately October 12–26, 2026. If an order will not be ready by October 26, we will contact you with a revised timeline and the option to continue waiting or cancel for a full refund. If we cannot fulfill your order, we will cancel it and issue a full refund.
